6. Payment and Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis and are generally not available for partial billing periods.

While we strive to provide 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons with reasonable notice.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
